Computer science graduates can write algorithms but have never worked in a production SAP environment. Business graduates understand process theory but have never configured a real system. Our Tech Internship & Industry Readiness Programme was built to close this gap through structured, supervised exposure to live enterprise technology work.
Interns are embedded in real client-facing project teams — not isolated in a separate "intern project." They work on actual deliverables, participate in client interactions, and experience the full complexity of enterprise IT delivery. A dedicated mentor tracks their development and ensures each intern builds a portfolio of genuine work product they can present to future employers.
